🏴☠️ Mauraders in the Outlands — Blockhead Odyssey
⚓ The Hunt Begins

Pirate ships roam the waters of the Outlands—appearing without warning and vanishing just as quickly.
If you’re not looking for them, you’ll miss them.
With a Pirate Spyglass, you can track the nearest ship—distance, direction, and a signal that sharpens as you close in.
The closer you get… the more dangerous it becomes.
🧭 Boarding the Ship

Once you engage, the ship won’t wait around forever.
You’re on the clock.
The deck erupts into chaos—pirates, movement, pressure from every angle.
Mobility becomes survival. Positioning matters. Hesitation gets punished.
⚔️ The Crew

Each ship is defended by a full crew:
- Four dangerous minibosses
- One Captain who holds it all together
Some control the fight.
Some punish distance.
Some overwhelm you if you lose control.
And not every threat comes at you head-on.
💰 Loot & Risk

Ships are packed with loot—but it’s never free.
- Chests and barrels scattered across every level
- Trial vaults waiting to be unlocked
- Locked treasure chests holding the best rewards
Some treasures bite back.
Booby traps. Volatile powder. Sudden chaos if you get careless.
The best rewards require a Pirate Treasure Key—earned through battle or secured another way.
The Captain always carries one.
🃏 The Card System

Among the loot, you’ll find something rarer than gold:
Pirate Playing Cards.
Collect a full suit and forge it into a powerful trinket.
Push further. Combine suits. Shape your build into something unique.
And if you complete a full deck…
You unlock something entirely different.
🎲 Beyond Combat

At the Pirate Refuge, your progress takes form:
- Trade what you’ve earned
- Track your victories
- Put your cards to use
With the right setup, you gain access to the Pirate Card Dealer—where the risk doesn’t disappear… it just changes.
🏆 Progression That Scales

This system doesn’t stop at one ship.
Stronger runs lead to:
- Better gear
- Smarter strategies
- Faster clears
- Higher-value rewards
What starts as survival becomes mastery.
🗺️ What’s Coming Next
[IMAGE: torn treasure map pieces / hidden dungeon teaser]
Some ships carry more than loot.
Pieces of something greater are scattered across the Outlands.
When assembled, they unlock access to a future challenge—the Pirate Dungeon.
Not everyone will reach it.
📍 Ready to Set Sail?
Pirate ships are already out there.
The question is whether you’ll find them first.
