“Jobs Reborn” is a popular Minecraft Spigot/Paper plugin that allows players to take on various jobs within the game, earn in‑game currency, and gain experience by performing specific tasks. This plugin brings an economic and role‑playing layer to Blockhead Odyssey, encouraging engagement and collaboration.
How Do I Get a Job?
- Type
/jobsin chat to open the jobs GUI. - Or interact with NPCs who open it:
- Jobless Jim – outside Ithaca in Odyssia
- Jobless Jack – at the courthouse in Troy (lobby)
Select a job aligned with your preferred playstyle—mining, fishing, farming, building, and more. Complete tasks to earn money and XP. For instance, the Miner job rewards you for mining ores like coal, iron, and diamond. Level up to unlock greater rewards and perks.

20 Jobs to Choose From

Jobs Quests
Job Quests are challenges inside Jobs Reborn that players complete for bonus rewards, refreshing on daily or weekly cycles. They’re separate from jobs leveling, experience, and quests from other plugins — think of them as “bonus job challenges” that refresh on a schedule. Use /jobs quests to see active quests. Progress is tracked automatically when you do the objectives. Complete all objectives to get the listed rewards. At reset (daily or weekly), job quests refresh for everyone.
The Company Store
The Company Store (sometimes called the Jobs Shop) is an optional feature of Jobs Reborn that lets players spend the points they earn while working their jobs. Unlike money or experience, points are a unique Jobs currency that can be exchanged for special rewards. This gives players another layer of progression and motivation to keep grinding their favorite jobs.
By default, the shop can be accessed with /jobs shop. Inside the store, you find what items, commands, or perks are available for purchase, along with their point costs. For example, you might find rare items, crate keys, temporary permissions, or even custom commands that grant titles or cosmetics.
Conclusion
Jobs Reborn elevates Blockhead Odyssey by layering in a rewarding job system. With easy setup, configuration flexibility, and a diverse job roster, it keeps players engaged and adds real depth to gameplay.
